• Feature Name: Paid Subscriptions
• Objective: To allow creators on the video-based social media platform to host paid videos that can only be viewed by channel subscribers who pay a monthly fee.
• User Personas: Creator, Subscriber
• Use Cases:

1. A Creator can upload paid videos to their channel in addition to free ones.
2. A Subscriber can pay a monthly fee to access all of a Creator's paid videos on that channel.
3. Creators can earn revenue from their paid videos and subscribers get access to exclusive content.

• Requirements:

1. Ability for Creators to upload and label paid videos
2. Ability for Subscribers to pay monthly fee for access to a Creator's paid videos
3. Secure payment processing
4. Clear communication to subscribers of the monthly fee and what it grants access to

• Metrics:

1. Number of paid videos uploaded by creators
2. Number of subscribers to paid channels
3. Revenue generated from paid subscriptions
