Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the integration of AI technologies into the content creation and distribution processes.
• Train content team on the use of AI tools and systems, ensuring they understand and adhere to the SOPs.
• Monitor the effectiveness of AI implementations in content operations, identifying areas for improvement and making necessary adjustments.
• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive content strategy with the help of the SEO team for multiple internal brands.
• Oversee all content operations, including content creation, editing, and distribution.
• Manage a team of content creators, editors, and writers and optimize for efficiency.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align content with company goals.
• Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience.
• Develop and manage a content calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content throughout the year and stays on schedule.
• Monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of content initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure the company's content strategy remains innovative.
• Implement SEO best practices in all content creation with the help of the SEO team.
• Regularly review and analyze content performance, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Stay updated with the latest AI trends and technologies, and assess their potential application in content operations.
• Manage the budget for AI implementations in content operations, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the content team, encouraging experimentation with AI technologies.
• Oversee the management and handling of all client content, ensuring it aligns with the client's brand and objectives.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their content needs and requirements.
  

Am I qualified for the position?

Here Are Some General Guidelines Of What We’re Looking For

• Experience with AI integration in content management and creation
• 3+ years of experience in SEO, up to date with the latest technologies
• Excellent written English, including spelling, punctuation, and grammar
• A self-starter with a high level of personal motivation and enthusiasm to learn more
• Highly creative and imaginative, and able to translate client’s marketing and sales objectives into creative ideas and copy
• Researchers who can be up to date with trends in digital and social media and communication.
  

Work Hours

Monday to Friday: Must be available to work from 9 am - 1 pm EST, 4 hours flexible, 40 hours a week.
