Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and passionate AI Prompt Engineer to work closely with our AI development team. The AI Prompt Engineer will play a crucial role in shaping and improving the capabilities of our AI models by designing and fine-tuning prompts, ensuring they generate high-quality and contextually relevant responses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prompt Generation: Create and optimize prompts for various AI models, including GPT-3.5, to achieve specific tasks and generate desired outputs.
- Data Analysis: Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of prompts, iterating and improving them based on performance metrics and user feedback.
- ChatGPT Expertise: Possess a comprehensive knowledge of ChatGPT, including its architecture, limitations, and best practices for prompt engineering.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with machine learning engineers, data scientists, and product managers to define prompt strategies that align with project objectives.
- Experimentation: Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to refine prompts and improve the AI model's performance.
- Natural Language Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of natural language processing techniques and stay updated on the latest advancements in the field.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation on prompt engineering best practices and guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Natural Language Processing, or related field.
- Proven experience in working with AI models, particularly GPT-3.5 or similar models.
- Experience with implementing machine learning models and data science techniques using Python and R
- Experience deploying ML using Docker or Docker Compose
- Experience with designing, building, and executing statistical models and developing ML algorithms
- Experience with analyzing structured and unstructured data sources
- Ability to design and develop AI prompts, including ChatGPT, using large language models to accelerate coding abilities
- Ability to tune large language models for specific applications
- Ability to use Lang Chains in Python
- Ability to work with full-stack software development, including database design, middleware development, and frontend development
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and NLP algorithms.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve model performance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
- Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI practices is a plus
