The Prompt Engineer with senior sourcing experience will be responsible for developing, testing, and improving the AI prompt. And will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the prompt service meets customer's needs and business objectives.
-Have deep understanding about B2B sourcing experience. Could develop, test, and maintain the prompt of AI model, ensuring that it meets requirements and performance goals.
-Collaborate with the product, design, and business strategy teams to identify customer needs and develop features to meet them.
-Work with the infrastructure team to ensure that the prompt service is scalable, reliable, and secure. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the prompt if needed.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to the prompt and AI.
-5+ years of experience in B2B sourcing industry, preferably with ecommerce or tech experience.
-Knowledge of AI prompt. Experience with programming languages is preferred.
-Strong problem-solving skills and have skillset to ask right questions.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Bachelor's degree. A master's degree in a related field is a plus.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $148,800/year and $244,800/year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
