Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a ChatGPT Trainer specially who can deliver content realted to use of ChatGPT for engineers at Skillopedia. TheTrainer will be responsible for designing and delivering ChatGPT, AI, machine learning training programs, developing course content, and conducting assessments of trainees. The trainer will also provide support to trainees and collaborate with Skillopedia's internal team to improve training programs.

Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development:

Design, develop, and update comprehensive training curriculum covering various Gen AI tools, ChatGPT for software engineers, Github Co-pilot, ML concepts, techniques, and tools.

Ensure training materials are up-to-date and align with the latest industry standards and trends.

Training Delivery:

Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, workshops, and seminars on ML topics.

Adapt teaching methods to cater to the diverse skill levels and learning styles of participants.

Hands-on Labs:

Organize practical exercises and projects to provide participants with real-world experience in applying ML algorithms and tools.

Assessment and Feedback:

Evaluate participant progress through assessments, quizzes, and projects.

Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help learners improve their ML skills.

Stay Current:

Keep abreast of the latest developments and emerging trends in machine learning and AI.

Continuously update training content to remain relevant and effective.

Support and Mentorship:

Offer one-on-one support and mentorship to participants, addressing their questions, challenges, and clarifying ML concepts.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and feedback for reporting and program improvement.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with other trainers, subject matter experts, and industry professionals to enhance training programs and share knowledge.

Technical Know-How:

• Strong Gen AI Fundamentals: A deep understanding of Gen AI, fundamental ML concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning and use of all tools such as ChatGPT, Github Co-pilot, Vertex AI
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, which is widely used in ML development. Familiarity with libraries like TensorFlow and PyTorch is essential.
• Data Manipulation: Competency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data analysis. Knowledge of data manipulation libraries like Pandas is crucial.
• Model Building: Ability to build and fine-tune ML models, including neural networks for deep learning applications.
• Machine Learning Tools: Proficiency in ML frameworks, tools, and libraries for model development, such as Scikit-Learn, Keras, and XGBoost.
• Cloud Services: Familiarity with cloud-based ML platforms and services like AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud AI, or Microsoft Azure ML
• Coding proficiency - Understanding how to code and also teaching to code, test softwares using Gen AI tools such as ChatGPT, Github Co-pilot etc.
  

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
• Prior experience in Gen AI, App development using Gen AI, machine learning, AI research, or software development is a significant advantage.
• Previous experience as a trainer, educator, or public speaker is desirable.
